Google is testing new infrastructure / algorithm for its search engine. Developer preview is available here: Google New Search Engine Preview
I played around with it a bit, rankings most of my sites / my clients sites have improved!
Social media participation (like Twitter) is definitely improving the rankings.
Any other observations?
Google is planning to show only ONE result for some of the ‘authority results’
Interesting observation today for the search: http://www.google.com/search?q=google+adsense; please see the attached screen shot @ http://www.aniseo.com/images/google-one-result.jpg
Interestingly, I don’t see similar results for http://www.google.com/search?q=google+analytics&pws=0&gl=US
what does this mean to SEO professionals?
